Long time residents of the San Jose area, Willard Salmons and his late wife Josephine have been donors of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter since 1994. When Josephine died, Willard made a generous donation in her memory to Silicon Valley Red Cross prepare for and respond to emergencies.
