American Red Cross assistance is made possible by voluntary donations of time, money, and blood from the American people. We are not funded by the government, nor by the National headquarters of the American Red Cross. From the many victims of recent wildfires, to the soldier serving overseas who receives a Red Cross message announcing the birth of his baby daughter, your gift is so important. From the eight-year-old child who learns how to swim and be safe in the water, to the Good Samaritan who saves the life of a stranger using Red Cross CPR skills, every dollar counts and touches the lives of our neighbors in a time of great need. |
